Median price per square foot moved the other way, easing to $499 from $517 in June, which points to larger houses making up this month's closings. Measured against a year earlier, when it stood at $471, price per square foot was up.
Eleven sales closed, the same count as June, and all 11 came in at or above asking. In June, 10 of 11 did; in July 2025, 14 of 19 did. Median days on market was 13, down from 16 in both June and July 2025.
