Brendan Dougherty, in particular, went above and beyond for us from start to finish. He was always available to take our calls, answer our questions, and help us navigate every step of the purchase. When we were held up waiting on survey paperwork from the Village, Brendan personally went to the town to track down the documents we needed so we could keep the closing moving forward. He even went to the property the morning of closing to make sure everything was completely broom swept and ready for us. That level of care and service is rare and we felt supported every step of the way. Talk about full service from the first showing all the way through closing.

Johnny helped my wife and ME (yes, the proper way to say that is me, not I) sell our first home and purchase our second. I knew Johnny had a good reputation, but what ensued was ridiculous. First, he came over with printed versions of all comparable homes that sold and were for sale in our area. He compared our house to those and explained why or why not certain things were they way that they were. For example, time on the market could mean that there was an inspection problem, as the listing said something about an older roof. You get the picture. He then asked us what WE thought we could sell our home for. We had a discussion instead of being spoken to. Then, this man turned over every stone and went down every rabbit hole to find us our dream house. Not only did we see so many houses that were perfect for us, he accompanied us personally to every single one, told us how much we should offer, followed up with every agent instantly and repeatedly, and kept in constant contact with us about what we should do. While we started doing this, his team took photos of our current house, plastered them all over social media, and actually used REAL PHOTOS! No ai! Imagine that! We sold our home very quickly and moved into what my wife calls "her barbie dream home." People always say buying and selling a house is a stressful experience. I truly don't know what they're talking about because of Johnny. If you want to sell your house for the best price possible and get into your "barbie dream home" don't mess around hiring someone who dabbles part time. Hire JOHN TIBURZI!!! AND ANNETTE!
