The median sale price rose to $865,000 from $845,000 in August, the highest of the past year and about 19 percent above the $726,250 median of September 2025. Median square footage also rose, to 2,078 from 1,937 in August and 1,539 a year earlier.
Eleven houses closed, the same count as August and down from twelve a year earlier, and 10 of the 11 went at or above asking, up from 8 of 11 in August. The median sale to list came in at 104.05 percent, against 102.05 percent in August and 100.71 percent in September 2025, and the median days on market held at 19.
The spread explains much of the move. Three sales closed at $1,000,000 and over, against one in September 2025, and three more landed between $800,000 and $899,999. Only one sale fell between $500,000 and $599,999, where four closed a year earlier, and nothing closed below $500,000. Nine new listings came on.
